1. Digital Memberships and Services
Since our membership fees and services provide immediate access to digital content, coaching, and community interaction, they are non-refundable. By subscribing to our services, you agree to our policy that membership fees will not be refunded once payment is processed.
However, if you experience any issues with our services or content, please contact us at contact@alpharedefinition.com, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
2. Merchandise Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Period: Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process for Merchandise
Once we receive your returned merchandise and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at contact@alpharedefinition.com with your order number and the details of the desired exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item.
